MotionZync is designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the service. Below is a complete breakdown of all data we may collect:

MotionZync uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. This service is provided by Google LLC and helps us keep the platform completely free for all users.

• Google's advertising partners may use cookies to collect data about your visits to MotionZync and other websites
• This data is used to show you ads that may be relevant to your interests

MotionZync uses Google Firebase for backend services and authentication. Firebase is a product of Google LLC.

• Firebase Firestore: Stores animation data (code, metadata, tags) in a secure cloud database. No personal user data is stored in Firestore unless you submit an animation.
• Firebase Authentication: Used exclusively for administrator login via Google Sign-In. Regular visitors do not need an account and no auth data is stored for them.
• Firebase Hosting / Functions: Used to serve the application securely.

Firebase handles authentication in compliance with Google's security standards. We do not have access to your Google password. Only your name, email, and profile picture are shared with us when an admin logs in.

Firebase's data processing is governed by Google Firebase Privacy & Security documentation.

• Sandboxed iframes: All animation code runs inside sandboxed iframes, completely isolated from your device and our systems
• HTTPS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and MotionZync is encrypted using TLS/SSL
• Firebase Security Rules: Firestore data is protected by server-side security rules that restrict unauthorized access
• No password storage: We never store passwords — authentication is fully handled by Google's secure infrastructure
• Minimal data collection: We collect the minimum data necessary, reducing security risk by design
• Regular security reviews: Our codebase is reviewed for security vulnerabilities

MotionZync is a general audience platform intended for users of all ages, including students learning web development. However, we take children's privacy very seriously.

• MotionZync does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the EU/EEA under GDPR)
• Our platform does not require account creation for regular users — children can use all public features without providing any personal information
• If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information
• Google AdSense is configured to serve age-appropriate content. We do not intentionally target advertising to children

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international children's privacy laws.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. For GDPR data requests, we will respond within the legally required timeframe.

We retain different categories of data for different periods:

• Analytics data: Retained for 26 months by Google Analytics (anonymized after 14 months)
• Admin authentication data: Retained while the admin account remains active
• Submitted animation code: Retained indefinitely as part of the platform content unless deletion is requested
• Contact messages: Retained for up to 12 months for response purposes, then deleted
• Ad cookies: Controlled by Google AdSense (typically up to 2 years)

MotionZync is hosted on Vercel's global CDN and uses Google Firebase infrastructure. Your data may be processed in data centers located in the United States, European Union, or other countries.

• Google LLC (Firebase, AdSense, Analytics) operates under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers
• Vercel Inc. complies with applicable data transfer mechanisms
• By using MotionZync from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries

These transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR Article 46 and applicable international privacy laws.
